Our development team developed an export feature for company lists and contact lists. Users can export data. First of all user’s roles must have the privilege. Account admin can give this privilege to any role. Users can not see the export button unless their roles have
Export Contacts and Companies privilege.
Users can export whole data or only chosen segment’s data. Users can only choose an alternative between two options: “Include only the chosen segment” or “Include all data option.” Include only the chosen segment: include items that users filter on the list. After users click the Export button, Sumasa system generates a CSV file and sends an email to the users. If you are not familiar with CSV file, don’t worry. You can easily import the CSV file to M.S. Excel or Google Spreadsheet app.
