Sumasa Widget System

In this blog post, we will explain to you everything about widget system on Sumasa. There are 4 different categories that you can set up as a widget. These are support, sales, task and account. We will describe each one of them one by one below.

Widget of Support

You can make a widget about tickets. There are 2 groups that you can add as a widget about tickets.

Ticket By User

When you add the widget ticket by users, you will able to see how many tickets there are on each user. You can sort the users by ticket’s status which are new, on us, on contact, and closed. You can replace the widget’s place. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, assignees and date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

Widget Ticket By User

Ticket By Group

This widget shows you how many tickets there are in each ticket group. Let’s say there are 2 ticket groups, sales team and support team. You will be able to check the tickets. You can sort the groups by the ticket’s status which are new, on us, on contact, and closed. You can replace the widget’s place. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, the groups. In addition, you can change the date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

Widget of Sales

You can make a widget according to lifecycle stage. There are 2 groups that you can add as a widget for contacts and companies.

Contacts Lifecycle Stage

This widget shows you how much contact data you have as lead, qualified lead, opportunity, customer, evangelist and other. You can see it as a graphic and percentage. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, select the lifecycle stage that you want to see and change the date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

Widget Contacts Lifecycle Stage

Companies Lifecycle Stage

This widget shows you how much company data you have as lead, qualified lead, opportunity, customer, evangelist and other. You can see it as a graphic and percentage. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, select the lifecycle stage that you want to see and change the date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

Widget of Task

You can make e a widget for tasks to see your dashboard. There are 2 groups to add a widget for tasks.

Task State By User

This widget shows you how many tasks there are on each user. You can sort the users by task’s status which are new and closed. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, assignees and date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

Task Queue

This widget shows you how many tasks there are according to the task queue. You can sort the task queue by task’s status which is new and closed. The widget shows you the last three months of data based on today (except today). On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name, queue and date. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.

You can make a widget about your account data. There is one way to do it.

Widget Add Account Stats

Account Stats

This widget shows data on your account stats. You can see the total number of account status according to active users, contacts, companies, tasks and tickets. On top of the right corner, you can see settings and remove options. On settings, you can change the widget name. If you don’t need this widget you can remove it.
